The new season is almost there. There is already a lot of snow in the Arlberg region. So it will be a great ski start for this season! Superb conditions! Make sure you are there.
The season is opening on Friday, November 27, 2009. The lifts will start running from that day. There are 2 new elevators in the area. The most important is of course the new Rendlbahn. The new Rendl Bahn, now leaves from the center of St Anton. That takes a lot shorter now. The complete ride only takes 7,5 minutes. On top of Rendl is a newly built restaurant. Rendl Beach Bar is also renewed.

On the other side in Lech and Zürs, the Muggengratbahn  is renewed. There is no more waiting there with this comfortable 6 seater.

What’s the further going on in St Anton during the ski opening weekend?
27 November, there is a Winter Fashion Show. You can see  the latest trends in winter fashion look.. But there is also a retro party. Get your oldest ski clothes and maybe you win a whole new set! Obviously there is an apres ski party from 16.30. Not only in Mooserwirt, but also in the village.
28 November the world’s largest giant slalom in St Anton. Participate and win a VIP weekend with an Audi car. Also the in Austria famous Hitradio Ö3 is there, to provide some party!
Also on 29 November there is still plenty to do on St Anton’s slopes. So make sure you’re there!
